I want my money back.

I am seriously not happy with the company. I asked for my money back reason they do things not legally, they debited my account without any paperwork. So I regret ever answering my phone when they phoned or worse I regret giving them my account number. Portia that is working for credit legal pro promised that they will give my money back. She **** and I am going to sue her.
