Help to trace this company so that they can pay back my money that took without my permission

This company deducted my money in my account on the 31 May 2023 they deducted R695 and R1500 without my permission. Please help me to trace this company so that they can pay back my money because I didn't send them my document. This is the reference number they have used CP38560, their contact number is *** and their address is 295 Brooklyn Road, Brooklyn, Pretoria 0181.
