Credit Legal Pro are *******!

I was contacted them to help with some stuff. They explained that SHOULD I sign the documents they will start to debit me to help. However I DID NOT sign the documents, I DID NOT approve a debicheck but they still debiting me. Lindiwe and Lihle are both ignoring me and the debit they took was more than R2000 which was not mentioned. I want my refund and I will take this further
