Cancelled contract

I was called by a lady to join legal pro she **** by telling me that I will pay once of of 2000 rand and my problems will be solve after another 1 called from the same company telling me 2 different stories after hearing her own part of the fees I told her that am no longer interested that they should cancell the contract because what I new is that I will only pay 2000 once on Dec they still deducted my 695 money on the 24 of November 2023 n now when I call to ask for reversal they are no longer picking the calls
