Bad service

I contacted Credit Legal Pro for assistance in clearing my name on my credit report. I paid R950 and was told that my status will be cleared within 21 days. Since October nothing has happened and my credit status is the same. I emailed them countless times and called but don't even get an answer. They should give answers and be stopped from taking people's money.
