Bad service experienced

Bad service providers Legal pro kept on deducting R5000 on my account from last year until i cancelled the debit order as I did not know which direction I am heading to. Wrong product was opened for me as it was different from what the company sold to me now it's June no positive respond no refund received from all money I paid to them, I keep on calling them but no successful respond.

Now I'm getting calls from people they promised to pay and also I have lost all settlement discounted offers as they never paid and also paid in wrong accounts.I have settled some accounts on my own.
