Bad service

I asked the legal apartment to clear my name. They stated numerous times that my name is cleared and that i could go on with my applications. I have a clear score app that tells me exactly what i am on the CB on but nothing changed for a year now!!

I paid a year ago for a service that i never received!

Each time i get in contact with them they just give the same excuse and that is that they are waiting for documentation to be finalized! A year..... Really!!
