I need to know what has you company has assisted me with as the debit was taken.

I remember what I spoke to your consultant she said she will transfer me for verification but debit was done without verification.

I did accept that debit was taken then I asked how can I be assisted there's nothing to help me on as the person that is handling my file said everything is well only 1 account is behind
