Credit legal consultants are ****mers

Good morning everyone. These credit legal consultants are out just to **** people and not helping in any way... It's been 2 months already and I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. Every time I phone them they have an excuse. I asked to speak to the manager but who ever answer the calls says they're the manager. I have send emails upon emails to their legal team but no response. I've put a stop order on the debit orders but they just managed again to debit money from my bank account.
