Paid R1,750 and Received No Assistance

I am very disappointed with my experience with Credit Legal Consultant.

I initially dealt with Onkgopotse, who assisted me with the registration process, and Bianca, who assisted me with the bank mandate/payment arrangements.

I paid R1,750 after being advised that the company could assist me with debt review removal and related credit clearance services. After making payment, I struggled to receive any meaningful assistance or progress regarding the service I had paid for.

I sent several emails and made numerous attempts to contact the company by phone, but my emails were not responded to and my calls went unanswered.

I eventually had to deal directly with my debt counsellor, Debt Rescue, and the relevant credit providers myself to finalise my debt review clearance.

Based on my experience, I would advise other consumers to exercise caution, obtain clear written confirmation of the services being offered, and understand exactly what will be done before making payment.

I am still requesting an explanation regarding the R1,750 I paid and the service that was supposed to be provided, as I did not receive the assistance I paid for.
