Worthless service

Transunion sent me an email on Tuesday the 14th and again this morning informing me there had been a credit enquiry against my profile. I phone them and they say I must purchase a report for +R290 to see who made the enquiry. I purchased a report from Credithealth for R89 late yesterday afternoon. Credithealth report consists of reports from Experian, Transunion and XDS in one for R89. The latest credit bureau enquiry information on the report was on 17 March by FNB and 15 April by Credithealth and no other enquiry.
I informed Credithealth that Transunion had said there was a credit enquiry against me and it does not reflect on the report they sent. I asked them to follow-up up with Transunion but they refused. My complaint is that Transunion was either lying when they said there was an enquiry against me or they send incomplete and inaccurate information to Credithealth and Credithealth is just happy to take money clients without doing quality assurance on the qulity of reports they source on behalf of clients who pay them for those reports. People must be aware they pay for nothing when they deal with Credithealth. I will be consulting the credit ombud
