Still waiting

<p>I requested a 3 in1 credit report for R99 on 25 July 2016 which I paid for using my Visa Card which I received a message that I will get in an hour but to date I still have not received anything. I then sent an email to credit health with the proof of payment and identity number but I did not receive a reply. I tried again on 26th October to get another report for R89 but still there was no response after payment had been made. This morning I tried to call Credit Health but the phone just rings with no response. I am now sitting with 2 proof of payments but no credit reports for either.</p>
