Report paid for but not received

Paid for double credit report but haven’t received the second one and it’s already due.

I’ve also been paying R99 for credit reports in the last year but and only noticed now that an individual report is R89 and no one has said anything regarding the extra R10 I have been paying.

This is disappointing!
