Credit report document not accessible

<p>I bought a redit report and it was zipped and could not be accessed. I sent an email on the issue a pdf was sent and still invalid. I sent another email and did not get any response but my account has been debited. Credit health doesn't use latest version of Adope that are accessible on mobile devices and windows but they do take payments off our accounts. </p>
