Trust Killers

Although I am not covered by them I unfortunately had to conduct business with companies who make use of their services; Where possible I no longer deal with these companies. I conduct business in an ethical manner and in 26 years have never not paid a supplier, and yet, Credit Guarantee find me un-creditworthy, in effect, costing my suppliers millions of Rands by either reducing my credit limit or declining a credit app. I thought that a phone call to one of their representatives may help resolve the issues I was experiencing, but with the exception only of Shannon, I found their personnel and management to be arrogant and dismissive in most cases. I will forever hold them responsible for the death of trust in the market place.
