Credit Guarantee staff member Rorisang Qhali refuses to help

CGIC took a judgement against me for R 187 000 where i signed as a surety for R 20 000 It has been a year now and they still refuse to help me

I am dealing with Rorisang Qhali who is : The Senior Mitigation Consultant Legal who just refuses to sort this out for me, despite over 32 x emails that I have sent him. His last email askes me for information that he has on file from 2013

How can such a big company treat the public like this
