What a pathetic company!!!!!!!

You have debited my account **********ly of R395! My hard earned money!!! **********!!!! no one you guys have such bad review and when we contact you, you try and give us every excuse in the book to make us believe we signed up for this when the actual fact is you guys have a misleading website and you a *****ing money from everyone. I want my money back as soon as possible or else this complaint is going to the ombudsman!
