I dont know who these people are but they deducted money off my account without my approval. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.......who do you think you are taking money off peoples account - When phoning they search my details (don't know where they got it from) and then

30 Jun 2020, 10:35Credit Genie debited money from my account without my consent.... Had a story yesterday and still hasnt paid back the money they took from me. I have not done an online application for Credit Genie so WHY did they take money? Still no reply from them
