All I ever did was apply for a loan last month in my time of need however, did not get one. All of a sudden I see a debit of R395 by creditgenie from my account. What for? Please I need it reversed back as soon as possible as they never assisted me with anything. I cannot ask for something from them and they take from me instead, that's unfair guys no. I am struggling financially and yet there are people who are still ripping me off when I asked for their help. I need my money back as soon as possible I'm not even willing to wait 24 hours that's a long time and they must erase my data from their database. Instead of giving mean loan they had numerous companies calling and annoying me with silly questions. I trust that you guys can help me get my money back as I am extremely frustrated.
