Poor service / cancellation / refund!

Good day. I have app**** for a loan online and credit genie contacted me. They said the find suitable loan companies but I need to use their products and I have 5 days to cancel. As soon as I received the welcome emails.I rep**** and said I want to cancel..I then got an email saying I need to.call.them..I rep**** and said I do not have airtime but I want the product cancelled..I have not heard back from them.and today the debit order went of. I have been retrenched. I cannot afford this. And they are quick to.call and sell but can't cancel the product with my request. Jeanette Jordaan
