False information to **** people

I only wanted a loan via credit genie and I was told to give them my details to see if they can approve me and then the next thing my loan was not approved because of my low credit score. To my surprise they debited my account R395 and when I asked what is that for I was to that is for the credit score, funeral insurance and etc. I don't remember wanting these from this people and now they told me that I won't get my money back.
