Dispute of my money by credit genie

I ****k to credit genie a couple of months back to fix my credit score health and agreed on deductions to take place the following month of R395 but they deducted the same month and never came back to me...i took the time called them and they apologized and said they will fix my credit score health and email me my report till today no report no call nothing but they took my money and it was done as a purchase and not a debit order I had to change my card as I was afraid of other purchases. If credit genie could just give me my money back I no longer need or want there services they are not trust worthy. It's already about 2 to 3 months now they missing
