CREDIT GENIE ********!!!!

I guess its safe to say that credit genie are ******** as they went and debited R395 from my account without my acknowledgement, and never have they ever assisted me, I have no knowledge of the money being deducted from my account, and to date I have never been helped out with sourcing a loan for me to date nothing has been done, so why take my money for services that were never rendered.... I want my money back
