CREDIT GENIE - ************

I am totally not impressed with this useless company. After joining them because I needed a loan (which I never got) I then saw R395 was deducted from my account and a subsequent R117 has been deducted. Not one piece of their advertised features in assistance of getting a loan has been of any use. I am now further in debt because of them and cannot get hold of them to cancel my payments. I dont want my money back but I would like them to stop taking what little money I have on varied dates. e.g. I was sent a small amount of money last evening from a friend to help out with food and this morning one third of that is gone. This despite assurance from Genie that they would only do a debit after payday which in my case tonight the 31st of July. My kids must now suffer because of them. I need this service cancelled immediately - how do I go about it as the number I have just rings.
