Credit Genie not to be trusted

I had a very disappointing experience with Credit Genie. I was looking for an emergency loan. I app**** with Credit Genie but stopped it two(2) days later. I received a sms with a reference number CG***. I asked for my money back after I saw R449 was deducted from my account. They do not answer my phone calls and they have not rep**** on my e-mail. Please do not use Credit Genie. They are not to be trusted.
