Credit Genie

I was sopose to get a refund from this stupid company but did not recieve because they apparently didn't get the funds on their side and tell me to check my statements which clearly shows they got the funds, they just don't want to refund my money. I've just sent another email with proof of them successfully debiting my account. If Im not going to recieve my money I am really going to the ontbudsman. I'm sick of this stupid company
