Credit genie a waste of time

Hi With the hope of securing a loan. I completed the online documents. An initiation fee (R395) was deducted and I have to pay R97 for 12 months. I was never contacted again. I only receive financial advice e-mails. These organisations prey of desperate people. What a ****. I have to pay them over R1500 basically for nothing. They never answer the customer care line.
