today I was debited R395 by a company called creditgain for no reason I dont have an agreement with them , I used the loanfinder to get a loan however the process was never completed and I never got a loan or feedback from them regarding the loan instead I was sent a message which stated that I should call the number ********** to fast-track the application with ref LF ********** which I did but couldnt get through so I left it at that , then I got another message stating that I should go to thier website to pick a loan which i did not do now I get debited for a service that was not rendered to me I am highly irritated and upset by this because it is **********, I never even requested that credit thing they say they provide , please refrain from accessing my account **********ly and provide me with a contract signed by me stating that I agreed to this payment as the website says nothing about a once off payment of R395 also please remove my details from your data list as I dont want to be part of this ****.

This is not right accessing people account without thier consent is ******* and **********.
