Loanfinder & Credit Gain ***********

I app**** for a loan in 2016 via Loanfinder & Credit works (seems to be the same company) since June 2016 they have been deducting money from my account monthly. The application was submitted with my details and provided me with options. You cannot cancel over email, you have to sit on a call center with *********** staff like Megan Louw whom I argued with for almost 10 minutes trying to send me a 'welcome package' as the Terms and conditions option and the terms of use option on the website DOES NOT OPEN. The links were removed and people are unable to read them. I have seen countless complaints from desperate people who have tried to apply for small loans and they get ********** monthly. This company is a **** to get money from unsuspecting people and very difficult to cancel. If you do not take the loan app**** for you should not have to continue paying for a service that you did not use. No email, no calls, no follow up no credit report nothing, they just happily take you money every month with no shame and no nothing in return.
