COMPLAINT : Unauthorised debit

I have just noticed an UNAUTHORISED DEBIT on my bank account for R395.00 - At no point, have I made use of 'Credit Gain' nor do i know them. I would like this matter investigated urgently and my funds reversed to my account immediately.
