Credit Fitness are the absolute pits!

I was aquatinted with Credit fitness in March of 2022. Their rep called me about 6 times that day, and this was very reassuring. Upon my 1st payment to them, a whatsapp group was created for easier communication. Needless to say, them creating a whatsapp group was the last I would get any sort of service from them. Everyweek I would check in on progress and the response I received was ‘ your account is in progress as per your payment terms’ Needless to say, I canceled services with them by end of May, and to this day, I have not received my refund nor had their cancellations department contact me. I actually suspect that they are a fly-by-night company that talks the talks in the forefront but fails to provide the service. And here I was thinking I am supporting a brownie company, unfortunately they seem to have run with my money.
