CREDITEXPERT ARE **********

02 August 2019 i paid R205.00 to credit expert for access to my report for a year. the online service worked for a month and suddenly stopped working. i called credit expert to enquire why a service i had paid for wasn't working and they confirmed it was a technical problem on their end and that they didn't foresee the issue being fixed. i immediately demanded a refund and to this day I'm sent from pillar to post. i have made numerous calls (Chuene David Makgoka; Leah Ramoroka) to CreditExpert about the issue since then and every time i'm given an excuse. i even have an e-mail from *** stating my query is forwarded to finance for processing dating back to the 20 December 2019, to this day I'm still waiting. CreditExpert is a ***** and a ****.
