Bad service

Credit Cure pty Ltd. I have been trying to get hold of someone at this company for five days now with no luck ... I have phone and emailed. The are handling my debt with a few companies. Debits have been going of from my account... which they had to use to pay my account. I found out last week that they have not been paying the companies the correct amounts. I was also just told by nedbank that credit cure did not even make arrangements with them for the new installments. Still waiting on Credit Cure with a explanation..... so according to Nedbank my account is 7 month in arrears now.
