Unhappy, Disappointed and just frustrated with our financial institutions

My rating of Credit Consult is less than zero. They don't even deserve the 1 star. I was smoozed by their sales consultant that was super helpful and made loads of promises. Then I was passed to the supposed supervisor with zero people skills and no appreciation of a client. And her tone even chatting on WhatsApp is arrogant and condescending. By the time you need help with a company like Credit Consult your stress level is through the roof and you have already gone through enough bull**** to last a life time. And just when you think they are there to help, turns out it's just another company *****ing your money. And when you try to get your money back they are then requesting more personal information like a full bank statement or they will not do the refund. They ****** up, they have it on their system as my reference must surely show up on their bank statement with their reference numbers on all the monies they have been *****ing. But I need to send proof. Which I do. But more bull****. And my banks only solution to this ********** activity is to change bank account. Yet another inconvenience. Have South Africans not gone through enough trauma and hardship that these people cheat them on the already limited funds available to us. I mean really, we already in trouble and 2-months debit orders with zero creditors paid is putting me in deeper trouble. And yet we still need to deal with this faceless individual on WhatsApp that just doesn't give a ****. You report them to the OMBUDSMAN and it takes you were? Just another debit order before anyone can help you.
