Terrible Service

The company provide first class service to get you onboarded but the minute the 1st payment is made, then its like one doesn't exist. There a whatsapp number given to clients so that we are always informed and update to date. I've been ignored for the past 3 weeks. Creditors are calling me for payment which makes me think that none of them have been paid and this whole thing is a ****!!!
