I cancelled before the contract started and was told the cancellation fee is R 7000 - I don't have that kind of money so the first DO went off and my creditors weren't paid. Hadjiera then told me the first DO is their fee and then after the 2nd DO creditors will be paid, so I called my creditors again and advised I will be making payments myself and I cancelled again because suddenly there's no cancellation fee - only to find the DO went off again this morning - no one is responding to messages or emails
