Happy customer - well done Annie and Tashrique

So, I recently received a call from Credit Consult SA, a Caring telesales lady by the name of Annie. At first i was not interested but her kind heart, well manners and patience made me listen to what she had to say and I became interested.

I just want to say that this lady is an asset to your company. She is not just trying to sell you something ... she actually listens to you. Meaning that if you say phone back in 2 days or later at 3.. she does exactly that. Meaning she does not "use all the lines" to get you to sign up. She listens to your needs / requirements. No pressure and at your pace.

Anyway, long story short i had a bit of an issue and was not happy with the way things were handle with another staff member. However within a few days #Tashrique Majiet - Director contacted me himself to sort out the matter. Since when does the director contact a person. I am very impressed that he got involved it showed that Credit Consult SA does care about the INDIVIDUAL and not just about making money.
