Credit consult sa the biggest ****s

if they had -10 stars that is what I would've given them. The sales consultant that calls ,in my case (Noor) gives excellent service and promises the moon and stars and gives prestige advice. Then I have a portfolio manager,Nicole.I told Nicole that I would like to cancel because I told Noor I only want this active for 2 months as it was big amounts of R4000(I'm sure calls are recorded) nonetheless,Nicole said it was a mistake and it will be 3 months.I accepted.Well Well,it went off for the 4th month now a whole R4000 .Please be careful when sales consultant says you must approve the debicheck because unfortunately you cannot reverse this.I have called and whatsapp Noor and Nicole.Nicole keeps on saying it is loadshedding so no1 can reverse my money. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE.best be sure I have all the messages I will take this company to court. Please stay away!!!!
