Unhappy customer

I was on debt review,last year I called Credit Clear to help me clear my name and the guy that helped told me that it will cost R 1800 which I paid in full last year December. Early Jan this year someone from Power life called me and telling me about 4600 for legal fees to clear my name,the hidden cost I was never told about.I called Credit Clear to cancel my agreement with them and refund me my 1800,I spoke to a lady named Sepaiti she asked me to do a bank statement.I sent the bank statement on the 6 March 2020 and I was promised to be paid on the 15 of April that never happens 2 weeks ago when I called she said 15 of June today when I call they don't answer the phone.Really don't know what to do.
