Refund My money

On or around the 19th of August 2020 one Credit Clear consultants Mr Sipho Mohlakoane contacted me and offered me that credit clear can clear my name from the credit bureaus , and that they will send me the documents to sign to give them Authority to debit my account.

I have not received any documents but an amount of R994.00 has been deducted .

There was no contract between me and credit clear ADR and they have not provided any services to me .

I would like them to please refund back an amount of R994.00 that they have deducted from my bank account .

Please refund my money back and stop deducting money from my account .
