Refund

I spoke to this lady (Precious) who told me how they can assist me clear my name on the ITC and be credit worthy again for only R1988 once off fee amount so I bought the idea, paid the amount and she advised me that the process will take 7 to 10 working days.

I started doing follow ups, on day 8 and i was told about this legal pack that the legal guys will compile for me and send it to me once they done. When I did the follow ups I kept on getting through to this lady by the name of Seipati.

I finally got my legal pack, read through it and I found out that i will have to pay R7900 for the legal to clear my name and that they can only conclude everything once the R7900 is paid in full. Precious did not say anything about that and I immediately cancelled the whole thing and have my money paid back but instead Seipati and her colleague are playing mind games with me.

I called this morning and Seipati's colleague said she cannot see that I logged a call to cancel and have my money back and they promised to call in the afternoon and i have not received any call from them.

I never got a call from them since day 1.

The service is very poor and they full of stupid empty promises, I am using a lot of airtime to call them and I'm really not impressed at all.
