Paid for a service that was never rendered

I have been experiencing bad service from credit clear, you have been very poor in updating my credit profile. I made all payments in May/June and even now you have not assisted. I have been doing this by myself as the promise to get it sorted within 20days has long passed. It has been 4months now and Liteboho has even refused to offer me my refund as she is deny responsibility on the work not being done and passing it on to the credit bureau. But then on myside my profile is not updated for a service that I paid for. I have given ample time to update my profile and I think it is fair to reimburse me for not doing the job
