OVERDUE REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disgusted and ****en angered by Clear who debited my account on the 25th of June after I cancelled my application 8 days before the debit run and they gave a ****en stupid excuse that they did not capture my cancellation. Now its taking forever to refund my R992 as if someone always has spare money to give to them. They are quick to debit but cant approve a refund within a minute. I want my ****en money, we work very hard for this money for these *******s and assholes to come and take it away. I'm going to their offices because clearly they cant read. What a ****en horrible experience.
