i can not begin to tell you how hurt am i, about two months ago i received a call from Credit clear consultant offered to assist me with clearing my credit. and because i was desperate as it took me 3 years to find a job i agreed the guy explained to me how it works.

he said they charge R1955 if am correct but it was just under R2000 i told him i do not have the money then he suggested that i pay half of the money then pay the balance the following month then it was a deal.

So before i gave the guy my banking details to start debiting my account i asked him several times after i pay the balance if he's sure they will assist me and he promised me that they will definitely assist me.

to my surprise after they deducted the balance, a week later i received a call from this number ***, So the guy told me they received my registration but he's going to send me some documents i must just sign and return them to them as its just me giving them a go ahead basically an authorazation to go ahead with the process when i check closely theres R5900 that i still need to pay for them to assist me, its even divided into 6 months debit orders.

immediately i contacted them that that was not our agreement no one told me that i am gonna pay more after paying the R1955. i mean had i known was not going to bother to even begin with the process i have debts all i needed from them was them to negotiate with the companies that i owe but as for R8000 for assistance its total a *******. i complaint, the stuff is soo rude oh my goodness the manager i spoke to him and from there he didnt want to talk to me anymore was talking to some lady. and unfortunately i was told ill never get my refund.

what kind of a company does that to people in need. i wish and hope government look closely into to this and help us fight for our rights. these people they don't even care coz they know no one will do **** to them.
