Lockdown

I believe the president said only essential workers must go to work. Now can credit Clear tell us who gave them a right to be busy calling us during lock down and telling us about debts. Is the government aware of this people calling and trying to **** us? Where are we even supposed to pay those accounts because shops are closed? Are we supposed to take our last money and give credit Clear?
