Credit Clear/Lifepower

They were very quick to help me, promising me that my name will be cleared. I paid the agreed amount for them to be able to proceed. a Month later their associated company Lifepower phones me telling me they cannot help me due to my debt review status that is not cancelled or cleared. HELLO!!!! why did I contact them in the first place? The lady from Lifepower tells me they do not work with the payments of customers to Credit Clear. After I complained that I have paid them for a service she said that it will be escalated to her head of department for review.
