Credit Clear with no transparency

I contacted credit clear for assistance regarding my debt issues on the credit bureau. I was explained and that there would be a cost of R1988.00 or 2 installments of R994.00 for 2 months which was also confirmed via email from them. After the 2nd was deducted I was contacted by credit clear and they advised that now they will continue with my file. To my shock I was advised that there was an additional R16000 or R705 installments to be paid over 24 months.Since then I tried to have my funds reversed without any success or feedback from credit clear. I was not advised about this additional fees and they were not transparent. I am already in a financial mess how will I I then still afford an extra R700 per month. I need credit clear to refund as they were not honest initially. They don't respond to my emails and all I need is my refund and cancel everything. Regards
