CREDIT CLEAR OFFICES IN 115 SIVERRIGHT AVENUE - JHB

They failed to refund my full amount that I paid. They now said they will refund me half of my full refund ie 1500. The service is extremely terrible. They lie to their clients. I have been waiting for my refund from June till today. Seipati and Candice are useless (Customer Care Consultant) If you are asking for the manager who is Benny - apparently she is always not in the office seeing clients(wonder which clients).

They are based in 115 Siverright Avenue and will doing a walk in with some of my party people in order to understand why a REFUND CAN TAKE 3-4 MONTHS TO BE PAID. And the reason is that it is still waiting for AUTHORIZATION.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with Credit Clear. They are bad.
