credit clear is a ****

i am currently under debt review contacted credit clear they told me to pay the once off of R1998 i paid in full now that ive paid they telling me i still have to pay R11891 to be assisted i mean why did they mislead me and say i pay once off of R1998 IM OVER INDEBTED AND THEY STILL WANT TO PUT ME IN MORE DEBTS i mean how does this company work is this even legal coz they are ripping people off

please advice on what to do now because it has been weeks now i haven't heard from the company my money is gone even when i call in they telling me they cant assist me i have to speak to the consultant who helped me like honestly what should i do what do they mean when they say i have to get the consultant must i do research as to where the consultant stays so that i can go to her directly or what im confused now kindly assist what the next step from here i spoke to them even wrote to hello peter if anyone has information about the ombudsmen please assist or must i involve my lawyers or what im really confused

people please please please be aware credit clear is a **** dont do something you will regret tomorrow look at all peoples reviews on hello peter before committing to anything please again i beg you people beware of credit clear sad part is when your money is gone theres nothing you can do and theres no one to assist you beware people please pass the word so that we help others ill also try my level best to pass the word everywhere i can

good day i have spoken to gift multiple times but no help she also did mention in one of the calls i had with her which i also recorded that she is not able to assist me get my money back the only thing she can do is to assist me get a discount on the money i complained about which is R11891 of which you guys did not disclose everything to me to told me that i will only pay the money i already paid to get help but after paying that money you telling me you cant help me any further until i pay more money hense i feel credit clear is a **** and should be exposed
