Bad services

I got a call from credit clear and I was misinformed about how things work at credit clear by a gentleman named Indudza. Now when I would like to have a refund I was told by a lady by the name of Sepati that my request of a refund won't happen. The thing is if I was clearly informed in the beginning how things really work at Credit Clear I would have never agreed to this because I would've had a clear understanding on how things work and that I am not in a position where I can afford these services. This is consumer rights abuse and is not permissible.
